(1) The respective organizers are responsible for the contents of the "Upcoming Events" area. These can be seen via the entry "Organizer".
(2) The respective authors are responsible for the contents of the "Event Reports" section. These can be viewed via the entry "Posted by".

Collection and processing of personal data

This website is intended primarily as a source of information and can be used completely anonymously.

  • For the optional use of the comment function a registration with user name and verified email address is required. In this case both data will be saved including the corresponding comments. The data will not be passed on to third parties or processed outside the website functions. For the Gravatar service to obtain central profile pictures, an anonymous string of characters is generated from the e-mail address (also referred to as hash). All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
  • For animal rights group chairpersons who have received the author role, names, user names, verified email addresses, events created with the role, event reports, and comments will be stored. The data will not be passed on to third parties or processed outside the website. For the Gravatar service to obtain central profile pictures, an anonymised string of characters is generated from the e-mail address (also referred to as hash). When authors upload images to the website, they should avoid uploading images with embedded position data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract location data from images on the website. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
