On 7 February 2020 we spent last moments with numerous animals that were driven to the slaughterhouse. Some farmers stopped, so we were able to reconnect with some individuals in their last minutes before death. We could witness how confused and frightened the very young dairy cows were. We hope that we were able to give them some comfort and assistance before their violent killing.
During this vigil we were accompanied by the Munich local radio station M94.5 . Many thanks to the team for the well done report!
We also had the opportunity to take pictures and videos of the emotional encounter with the animals ourselves.
